% 15.10.2018 Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that an Interim Resolution Professional (in short 'IRP') has been appointed by NCLT. He also submits that he has filed a claim before the IRP. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permissions to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach this court again in case something survives after completion of the resolution process. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All pending applications are also dismissed as infructuous.
