Learned counsel for the plaintiff and defendant state that the parties have amicably resolved the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, and a Settlement Agreement dated 02.08.2024 has been placed on record. It is further stated that the defendant has paid the entire sum of Rs. 5,00,00,000/- (Five Crores) to the plaintiff in accordance with the terms of the said settlement agreement. 2.

He further states that the defendant has agreed to buy-back the suit property from the plaintiff, and the plaintiff has undertaken to execute all necessary documents for completing the said buy-back. 3.

The parties jointly request that the suit be decreed in terms thereof. 4.

This Court has perused the settlement agreement and finds the same to be lawful and enforceable.

Accordingly, this suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 02.08.2024. The registry is directed to draw up a decree. Settlement Agreement dated 02.08.2024 shall form part of the decree. 6.
