As the FIR, that is, FIR No.861/2020 registered at Police Station: Sagarpur, New Delhi, under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and all other proceedings arising therefrom have been quashed by this Court on the basis of settlement arrived at between the petitioners and the respondent no.2 in CRL.M.C. 2882/2024, the present petition is rendered infructuous and the learned counsel for the petitioners prays for leave to withdraw the same. 3.
The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
