The present petitions have been filed under Section 528 B.N.S.S for quashing of complaint case as well as summoning order dated 16.03.2024 passed by Ld. MM.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cheque was not even presented and therefore the present complaint is not maintainable. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to file revision petition before the Ld. Session Court.

Liberty granted.

In view of the above, the present petitions along with pending applications stands dismissed as withdrawn.
