The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of case bearing No. 947/2022 filed by the Labour Enforcement Officer (C), New Delhi under Rule 21 of the payment of wages (ATS) Rules along with all the proceedings emanating therefrom and setting aside the impugned summoning order dated 04.06.2022 passed by Ld. MM, Patiala House Court, New Delhi. 4.
