The present application has been filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 on behalf of the appellant/applicant seeking withdrawal of the present appeal in the terms of Settlement Deed dated 12.11.2025 arrived at between the parties. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the Settlement Agreement dated 12.11.2025, the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal. He further submits that in compliance of said settlement, a Demand Draft bearing no. 592652 dated 15.12.2025 for sum of Rs.5,00,000/- drawn on Punjab National Bank has been handed over to the respondent.

The respondent, who is present in person before this Court, fairly concedes that she has received the aforementioned Demand The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Draft and has no objection if the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 12.11.2025. 4.

In view of the submissions made herein, the reasons stated in the application, and as the parties have amicably settled their disputes, in order to avoid any further acrimony between the parties, the present appeal being MAT.APP.(F.C.) 179/2022, along with pending applications, if any, stands disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 12.11.2025.

Consequently, the present application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

The file is consigned to Record Room.

Accordingly, the date already fixed, i.e., 22.01.2026, stands cancelled.
