The present application has been filed on behalf of the plaintiffs under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") for issuance of Court Fee refund certificate in the name of the plaintiffs' counsel. 2.

It is submitted that vide order dated 27th August, 2024, the Court had decreed the suit in favour of the plaintiffs and had also directed that the plaintiffs are entitled to refund of Court Fees.
