The present criminal writ petition seeks the following reliefs: "A. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus and/or any other writ/ appropriate order to conduct a fair and "impartial investigation into the FIR No. 445/2023 U/S 302/120-B/34 IPC registered at P.S. Jahangirpuri.

B. Pass any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

The investigation is complete and chargesheet stands filed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the chargesheet, appropriate legal recourse is available to the Petitioner by approaching the concerned Court. The Petitioner is at liberty to raise all the grounds urged in the present petition before the concerned Trial Court.

In light of the foregoing, no further directions are called for. 4.

hand, also informs the Court that the Petitioner's request for pre-arrest bail was earlier rejected. The Petitioner filed SLP (Crl.) No. 5834/2024 before the Supreme Court, wherein he was granted interim protection through order dated 29th April, 2024, however, the interim protection was not extended and the SLP was dismissed vide order dated 15th July, 2024. In the said order, it is also observed "However, it is open to the petitioner to surrender and take recourse of law in appropriate forum."

In any event as observed above, since the investigation is complete, the relief sought in the present petition is rendered infructuous. The Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 6.
