The SHO of P.S. Jafrabad is present before the Court and states that the Call Detail Records (CDR) of the accused, Salman, and Applicant, Saad, were obtained during the investigation. He submits that the CDRs have been analysed and will be filed before the Trial Court along with the supplementary chargesheet.

In light of the above, counsel for the Petitioner states that he would like to withdraw the present application and seeks liberty to approach the Trial Court once the state files the supplementary chargesheet along with the CDRs, which the prosecution seeks to place reliance. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
