% 15.02.2019 CM APPL. 7251/2019 in MAC.APP. 260/2012 This is an application under Section 151 CPC filed on behalf of the appellant seeking extension of time for depositing the awarded amount in terms of order dated 07.12.2018 passed by this Court. Counsel for the appellant submits that he be given one weeks' time to deposit the balance of the awarded amount in terms of order dated 07.12.2018 of this Court. The prayer is allowed. The Awarded amount in terms of order dated 07.12.2018 be deposited within one week. The application is disposed of accordingly.
