This is an application filed by the appellant, inter alia, affirming that the parties have settled the disputes in terms of the settlement agreement dated 22.03.2025 and praying that the present appeal be disposed of in view of the said settlement.

The learned counsel for the respondent confirms the same. It is also stated that in terms of the settlement agreement (copy of which is being placed on record), the appellant had agreed to pay a sum of ₹14,04,860/- for settlement of the disputes and the learned counsels submit that the said amount has since been paid.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed. FAO (COMM) 143/2024 & CM APPL. 41335/2024(Stay) 4.
