This Rent Control Revision Petition under Section 25-B (8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 was preferred impugning the order (dated 30th June, 2015 in E-33/2015 of the Court of Additional Rent Controller, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts] of dismissal of the application of the petitioner for leave to defend the petition for eviction under Section 14(1) (e) of Act filed by the respondent and the consequent order of eviction of the petitioner from ground floor of property No. B-15/G-1, Dilshad Extension No.1, Dilshad Colony, Delhi-95.

The petition was entertained and notice thereof ordered to be issued. Though the trial court record was requisitioned and the respondent landlord restrained from taking any coercive steps, the counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent has already recovered possession of the premises with RC.REV. 100/2016
respect to which the order of eviction impugned in this petition was passed and the petitioner is not giving any instructions to the counsel. 3.
Counsel for the respondent confirms having recovered possession.
