These applications have been made by the petitioner for withdrawal of the petition on account of settlement under the Vivad Se Vishwas-II (Contractual Disputes) Scheme, and for withdrawal of the amount deposited by them in Court in terms of order dated 17.02.2022. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent is present, and has no objection to the relief sought.

In view of the above, both applications are allowed and O.M.P. (COMM) 94/2022, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Registry is directed to release the amount deposited by the petitioner in terms of the order dated 17.02.2022, alongwith accrued interest, to the petitioner.
