Learned counsels for the parties submit that the matter has been amicably settled inter se the parties in the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The Mediation Report dated 29.08.2023 has been received in this Court from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre along with the Settlement Agreement dated 30.11.2023. 3.

Counsels for the parties submit that the Settlement Agreement dated 30.11.2023 has been arrived at voluntarily inter se the parties and the parties undertake to remain bound by the terms of the ibid Settlement Agreement. 4.

They further submit that the present Execution Petition may be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement. 5.
