The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is stated to be expiring on 10 August 2024.

Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection. 4.

As requested by learned counsel for the petitioner, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal shall stand extended by six months with effect from 10 August 2024.
