This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of an arbitral tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a Contract dated 18.03.2010.

The mandate of the learned arbitral tribunal was extended from time to time, lastly by order dated 28.04.2023 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 132/2023 until 31.05.2024. I am informed that the proceedings are at the stage of the respondent's arguments. 3.

Ms. Surbhi Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent, appears on advance notice, states that the respondent has no objection to the relief sought.
