The context of this petition is regarding petitioner's cancellation of GST registration. Pursuant to the said order, a representation was made on 29th April 2025, however, the issue has still not been complied with. 3.
Mr. Shashank Sharma, Standing Counsel for respondent, appears and states on instructions that, there has been some communication gap and this issue will be resolved within the next 2 weeks. 4.
On this assurance from counsel for respondent, this petition is disposed of.

In the event, there is still lack of compliance, petitioner will be at liberty to revive this petition and proceedings in contempt shall be initiated against the concerned officer.
