The present petition under Section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks following prayers:- "(a) Allow the instant Petition, thereby initiating contempt proceedings against the Respondents under Sections 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willful disobedience and flouting of directions passed by this Hon'ble Court in Order dated 10.02.2025 passed in the Writ Petition bearing No. 11731/2024.

(b) Pass such or other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the above case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on account of the fact that the order dated 10.02.2025 has since been complied with by MCD and respondent No. 1 has vacated the subject property.
