% 11.03.2016 Dalbir Singh, Husband of the petitioner has been produced in Court today along with his sister Kiran. Dalbir Singh submits that he is living with his sister voluntarily and on account of marital discord with his wife. We are also informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that a civil suit is pending consideration, he submits that he would make an appropriate application for referring the matter to the Delhi High Court Mediation Centre.
