% 13.07.2016 Counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as prayer A is concerned it has become infructuous as his surrender of the parking site has been accepted by the Department.

Counsel for the respondent informs this Court that communication dated 31.05.2016 had been given by the petitioner to the corporation wherein after the acceptance of his surrender of the parking site the petitioner has undertaken to withdraw this writ petition.

That communication has been taken on record. It is undisputed. Petitioner now seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. Permission granted.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
