Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition in view of recent judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Celestium Financial vs. A. Gnanasekaran Etc., 2025 SCC OnLine SC 1320 with liberty to file an Appeal before the Court of Sessions. 5.
