reports or documents of similar character in medical diagnostic laboratories, hospitals and all categories of clinical establishments as defined in the Clinical Establishments Act, 2010.

A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner has approached this Court directly without making any prior representation to the concerned authority i.e. Department of Health, GNCTD.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to file a representation with the Health Department, GNCTD. In case such a representation is filed within two weeks, the same is directed to be disposed of by way of a speaking order within eight weeks thereafter. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
