2024 along with appeal filed by respondent no.4 bank being RA 49-2024, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four to six weeks. 4.

Perusal of the record reveals that the petitioners have not filed any application for early hearing before the DRAT prior to filing of the present writ petition.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an application for early hearing before the DRAT.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition is disposed of. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
