The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to demolish and seal the illegal constructions raised in the properties bearing nos. (I) Khasra No. 15/22, Burari, Harit Vihar Colony, Delhi; (II) Khasra 32/16 (4-16), 17(4-16), 18(4-16), 33/10(4-0), 19-33, 20(4-16), Khata No. 3/20, 46/24/3 (1-8), 46/25(4-4), Sunil Colony, Burari, Delhi-110084; and (III) Khata No. 247/225 in Khasra No. 9/13 (3-2), 9/18 (4-16), 9/19 (4-4), 9/21(4-15), 9/22(4-16), 9/23 (4-16), 9/24 (4-16), Khasra No. 108, West Kamal Vihar, Burari, Delhi-110084, by respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that unauthorized construction has taken place, as large areas of agricultural land, have been converted into a colony.

the attention of this Court to the Status Report dated 03rd March, 2025 filed on behalf of the DDA to submit that action is being taken against the unauthorized constructions on behalf of the DDA. 4.
However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite action, reconstruction is taking place in the area. 5.
At this stage, learned counsel for Special Task Force ("STF") submits that the complaint of the petitioner, already stands registered. 6.
Considering the submissions made before this Court, issues raised in the present petition, with regard to removal of the unauthorized construction, are referred to STF, i.e., respondent no. 2, in the present case, as constituted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

The STF is directed to take requisite action and update the status on its portal regularly, accordingly.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the STF from time to time, with regard to the action to be taken by the STF, pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner.

Further, liberty of the petitioner to approach this Court is reserved, in case petitioner is aggrieved on account of any non-action on behalf of the STF.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition, along with the pending application, is disposed of.
