O R D E R

% 07.02.2017 The learned counsel on both sides fairly agree that having regard to the decretal amount which is sought to be recovered through the execution petition at hand, and the address of the judgment debtor no.1, this execution petition, after change of the pecuniary jurisdiction requires to be transferred to the file of the District Court and that the jurisdiction would vest in the court of District Courts of Central Delhi, Tis Hazari Court Complex. In above view of the matter, it is directed that this execution petition shall stand transferred to the file of the District Judge, Central at Tis Hazari Court Complex for further proceedings in accordance with law. The parties shall appear before the District Judge, Central at Tis Hazari Court Complex on 08.03.2017.

The District Judge may keep the matter on her board or allocate it to any Additional District Judge under her control within her discretion. The registry shall take care that the file reaches the transferee court well in time.
