The following instructions are placed by Ms. Avni Singh: "With reference to you email dated 13.04.2026 and the telephonic conversation with HOO (Archives), I am directed to inform you that Document No. 6015, Vol. 962, Addl. Book No. 3, pages 56-57, dated 10.12.1996, was placed on record in pursuant to Letter No. F.1/SRIII/DC (Central)/2024/799-800 dated 23.04.2025 received from the Office of the Sub-Registrar-III, GNCTD, Asaf Ali Road, Delhi, and subsequent approval of the Secretary (ACL) vide order dated 13.08.2025 (copy of the order is attached herewith for your reference) Further, it is submitted that the certified copy of the aforesaid record can be issued to the applicant subject to the provision of the Registration Act, 1908. In the instant matter, one Sh. Mukesh Kumar has applied and subsequently received the certified copy of the aforesaid document in the year 2025, as per available official records." 2.

Accordingly, the instant petition along with pending application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
