This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition has been by the Petitioner - M/S Moneywise Financial Services Pvt. Ltd, under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. The dispute in the present petition arises out of a Master Loan Agreement dated 20th February, 2020 through which a sum of Rs.20,19,734/- was disbursed to the Respondent No.1- Shri Balah Poly Tubes, through its proprietor- Smt. Richa Trikha i.e., Respondent No.2, for expansion of the business. However, the Respondents are stated to have failed to comply with the terms and conditions of the said Loan Agreement and failed to make repayment of the Loan Amount. 3.

Today, ld. Counsel for the Petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the matter has been settled between the parties. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
