1. The petitioner, who is working as a Constable (GD) in the Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) 51 BN, has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:- "a) 'Issue a Writ of mandamus to the Respondent No. 2, I.T.B.P to get the movement order issued to the petitioner to join CBI on deputation.

b) Take necessary action against erring officials who are responsible for deliberately mentioning the medical category of the petitioner as P3(T-24) instead of P3(P). c) Pass any such further order/order(s) as this Hon'blc Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case"

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would, for the present, be satisfied in case, the respondents are directed to consider his representation dated 15.07.2024 in a time bound manner.

3. Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice and has no objection to this limited request.

4. In the light of the aforesaid stand taken by the parties, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2024 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order. A copy of the order passed on the petitioner's representation will also be forwarded to learned counsel for the petitioner.

5.
