The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, seeking to quash the FIR No. 154/2025 dated 21.03.2025 for the offences punishable under section 376/323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 67(A) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 registered at Police Station New Ashok Nagar.
