% 13.05.2025 Today's Court proceedings are conducted through hybrid mode. Counsel for the petitioner submits that no repair work has ever been done in pursuance of order dated 09.04.2025. However, counsel for MCD submits that some repair work has been done in the ground floor and second floor, which is disputed by counsel for the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will get in touch with counsel for the MCD in order to get the repair work done. Counsel for MCD is ready to corporate and submits that he will file status report within four weeks from today. Let the needful be done in compliance of order dated 09.04.2025.
