Pass any such other or further order (s) as this Hon 'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and the case in the interest of justice." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the contentions taken herein before the learned Trial Court during the course of trial, in accordance with law.
