The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application and approach this Court in case the trial does not conclude within next six months. 2.

He further seeks liberty to file an appropriate application for interim bail on the ground that the mother of the applicant is suffering from uterus cancer.

The bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
