The present application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "a) Take on record order dated 04.10.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.C. No. 3000 of 2019 titled "Sanjay Kochar vs. Shahi Realtech Pvt. Ltd. As directed by this The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
