Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 14th July, 2025, counsel for the defendant has returned with instructions. He submits that the defendant undertakes that it shall not use the impugned mark "PPL" in respect of fertilizers being sold by the defendant. 1.1.
The aforesaid undertaking communicated on behalf of the defendant through counsel is accepted. The defendant shall remain bound by the same. 2.
Mr. Ankur Sangal, counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff, is satisfied with the aforesaid undertaking.

In view of the above, a decree of permanent injunction is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
