% 26.11.2025 Since 25.11.2025 was declared as a Holiday on the occasion of 350th anniversary of 'Guru Teg Bahadur's Martyrdom Day', this matter has been taken up today, i.e., on 26.11.2025.

The Supreme Court vide order dated 08.10.2025 has disposed of Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.28332/2025 with the consent of the parties. 2.
Pursuant to the directions of the Supreme Court, possession of demised premises has already been handed over to the decree holder on 20.11.2025.

The handover-acknowledgement receipt in compliance with the directions of the Supreme Court is extracted as under: "HANDOVER/ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT IN COMPLIANCE OF HONBLE SUPREME COURTS ORDER DT 8/10/2025 IN SLP C 28332/2025, TITLED "TIKKA BRIJINDER SINGH BEDI VS JYOTSNA BEDI"
The possession of the demised premises as per the terms and conditions contained in the MOU/JFA dated 7.8.1992 has been handed over to Jyotsna Bedi in terms of the order dated 08.10.2025 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP(C) No. 28332/2025 titled "Tikka Brijinder Singh Bedi vs Jyotsna Bedi", for her personal residential use only, today on 20.11.2025 at pm. The handover has been peaceful and in the presence of the counsels for both parties."

Learned counsel appearing for the decree holder, however, has some objections with respect to the blockage of one of the entrances. If that be so, the decree holder should file a proper application. 5.
Depending upon the same, the Court shall consider dealing with the same.

To enable him to take appropriate steps, hearing of the execution petition stands deferred till.

CS(OS) 445/2025, as agreed before the Supreme Court, has been settled. Accordingly, the suit, along with any pending applications, stands disposed of.

Since the matter has been settled, therefore, the entire Court Fees be refunded to the plaintiff.
