The instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking quashing of impugned communication letter dated 08.07.2024 along with 2nd list published by respondent no. 2 dated 15.07.2024, and issuance of writ in nature of prohibition, certiorari and mandamus or as may be appropriate with direction to the respondents to grant admission to the petitioner in B.Tech Marine Engineering in accordance with Merit Rank 4512 (Gen. EWS). 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent graciously informed this Court that the petitioner herein will be considered for spot counselling and the date for the same will be informed to the petitioner as per rules. 3.
