Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This Letters Patent Appeal [LPA] assails two interlocutory orders dated 23.05.2025 and 29.05.2025. Ordinarily, LPAs are not maintainable against the interlocutory/interim orders passed by the learned Single Judge. 3.
We have been informed that a detailed counter affidavit on behalf of the appellant has been filed in the proceedings pending before the learned Single Judge, where an application has been ordered to be listed on 21.07.2025.

We, thus, permit the appellant to move a miscellaneous application seeking vacation of the interim orders which are impugned in this appeal on The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the basis of the averments made by the appellant in the counter affidavit. In case any such application is filed, learned Single Judge is requested to consider and decide the same as well on the next date fixed i.e. 21.07.2025. 5.
If the respondent/petitioner in the writ petition has not filed rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit filed by the appellant in the proceedings before learned Single Judge, the rejoinder affidavit may also be filed within three days from today.

The appeal along with pending applications stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
