% 13.02.2025 Learned counsel for Respondent No. 2/Sovereign School states that the school is willing to regularize the petitioner's provisional admission, subject to necessary adjustments by the Directorate of Education in the forthcoming academic session (2025-26).

In view of the submissions, the present petition, along with pending applications, stands disposed of with a direction that the petitioner's admisssion be regularized, and all facilities prescribed under the Right to Education Act be provided.

The Directorate of Education shall consider the regularization of the petitioner's admission while determining the quota for EWS students for the academic year 2025-26.
