The present Appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Court's Act, 1984, assails the correctness of the amount of maintenance pendente lite assessed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Karkardooma, Delhi, vide Impugned Order dated 04.03.2025 in HMA No. 192/2021.

The Appellant herein is employed as a Branch Manager in a private limited company with a gross monthly salary of Rs. 1,62,000/-, and a net salary of Rs. 1,32,000/-.

He has been directed to pay Rs. 42,075/- to his wife and two children.

month is being paid by the Appellant towards EMI for a housing loan taken to purchase the property which is presently in possession of the Respondent. It is further submitted that the Respondent is earning a rental income of Rs. 17,000/- per month.

As already noticed, the carry-home income of the Appellant is Rs. 1,32,000/-.

The Respondent is taking care of the two children born out of the wedlock.

In these circumstances, this Court finds no ground to interfere with the interim assessment made by the learned Family Court after due consideration of all the relevant aspects of the matter. 8.

Hence, the present Appeal, along with pending application(s), if any, stands dismissed.
