The status reports confirms the averments made by way of the present application, namely that even before the petitioner could avail the parole granted to him vide order dated 29.08.2024 and before he was released on 30.10.2024, his mother passed away on 15.10.2024. A copy of the death certificate of the mother is appended to the status report alongwith copies of the statements of the two neighbours recorded by the S.H.O., P.S.: I.P. Estate, Delhi. In view of the above, as prayed-for, the parole granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.08.2024 is extended by a period of 03 weeks from the date of expiry of the previous parole i.e. 26.11.2024, subject to the same conditions as were imposed vide order dated 29.08.2024.
