% 29.02.2016 In view of Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 & in exercise of power conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, (Act 23 of 2015), which came into force with effect from 26.10.2015 vide Notification No. F.No.L19015/04/2012-Jus dated 26.10.2015 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3 Sub-section (ii), the present matter stands transferred. The parties are directed to appear before the Court of learned District Judge, Karkardooma Courts (Shahdara) on 12.07.2016.

The date fixed i.e. 28.04.2016 is cancelled.

As there is no appearance on behalf of either side or their counsels, the Registry to issue the Court notice (without process fee) to both the sides as well as their counsels for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court.
