By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks following prayers:- "A. Issue a writ of certiorari in favor of the Petitioner and against the respondent no 2 whereby directing the respondent no 2 to decide the representation dated 10.6.2024 and dated 18.6.2024 whereby passing a reasoned and lawful order thereon, in the interest of justice."

Ms. Bandhopadhya, learned ASC for the State accepts notice and, on instructions, states that the petitioner's representation shall be considered in accordance with the law and disposed of within four weeks. 4.
