During the course of the hearing, it has transpired that with respect to the Development Agreement dated 13.04.2022, a dispute had arisen and the matter had been referred to the Sole Arbitrator, namely, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajive Bhalla, former Judge at the Punjab and Haryana High Court. 2.

Learned counsels for parties, after making brief submissions, have arrived at an amicable arrangement, whereby disputes pertaining to the LLP Agreement dated 07.03.2022 can also be referred to the same sole Arbitrator.

The Court, therefore, under the aforesaid circumstances, deems it appropriate to appoint Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajive Bhalla, former Judge at The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The instant application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('Act') shall be treated to be an application under Section 17 of the Act.

Let the same be decided by the Sole Arbitrator with due expedition. 6.

All rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept open. 7.

Let the parties to file their claim/counter claim including application under Section 17 of the Act, if so necessitated. 8.

In view of the aforesaid, petition along with pending applications shall stand disposed of.
