These petitions have been filed seeking quashing of FIR no. 211/2024 registered at PS Bara Hindu Rao, Delhi under Sections 323/326/341/34 IPC and FIR no. 212/2024 registered at PS Bara Hindu Rao under Sections 323/341/34 IPC.

These cross FIRs have been registered by the parties who are neighbours and the issue arose out of inter se quarrel; the settlement had been arrived at dated 09th August, 2024 and 24th June, 2024 which are on record of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Complainant/respondents and petitioners in both these matters are present in Court and are duly identified by IO and the respective counsel. 4.

Considering the above settlement between the parties and the chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No. 211/2024 and 212/2024 under Sections 323/326/341/34 IPC and 323/341/34 IPC registered at PS Bara Hindu Rao, Delhi and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 6.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
