This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for making and publishing the Award by a period of 12 months. 2.
It is stated that the record was voluminous and in addition, the respondent's arguments are at a final stage.

For the reasons noted above, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been explained for delay.
