The present petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('Act of 1996') seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a consortium agreement dated 07.05.2015. 2.

The mandate of the arbitral tribunal was extended with the consent of the parties by a Coordinate Bench in OMP MISC (COMM) No.578 of 2024 until 31.05.2025.

stage of cross-examination of Respondent-witnesses. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal be extended until 31.05.2026. 5.

Issue notice. Learned counsel for the Respondent accepts notice. 6.

He states that Respondent as well joins in the request of the extension of the mandate Arbitral Tribunal until 31.05.2026. 7.

With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the petition is allowed and the mandate of the arbitral tribunal is extended until 31.05.2026.

The period from 01.06.2025 until passing of this order is hereby regularized.

The petition stands disposed of in these terms.
