Application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) has been filed on behalf of the Respondent/landlord for issuance of appropriate directions to the learned Executing Court for executing the decree.

It is submitted that vide Order dated 18.12.2025, the present Appeal was disposed of on account of compromise between the parties whereby the Appellants/tenant had undertaken to hand over the possession by 30.09.2026 and also to pay the further rent @ Rs.40,000/- w.e.f. 01.01.2026 and also to pay the arrears of rent of Rs.13,86,445/- in 04 equal instalments, commencing from January 2026.

It is submitted that despite this undertaking and Appeal being disposed of, the Appellants have miserably failed to abide by any of the terms.
