This application has been filed seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant in compliance with our Order dated 15.07.2025.

The parties had settled their dispute by entering into a Settlement Agreement dated 22.11.2025 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. In terms thereof, the said amount is to be released to the appellant.

The learned counsel for the respondent does not oppose the application. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release the amount deposited by the appellant, along with the interest accrued thereon, in favour of the appellant.
