The learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement by executing a Settlement Agreement dated 22.11.2025, which has been placed on record. 2.
In view of the said settlement, the learned counsels for the respective appellants pray for leave to withdraw the present appeals. They submit that the parties undertake to abide by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Binding the parties to the terms of the aforesaid undertaking, the appeals, along with all pending applications, are disposed of as withdrawn.
