The settlement agreement dated 19th August, 2023 is on record. On the last date it is submitted by ld. Counsel for the parties that an addendum was to be executed. Parties were directed to execute the addendum and place the same, however, no documents have been placed on record. None appears for either of the parties. It appears that the disputes have been resolved and the parties may have lost interest in the matter. 3.

The suit is decreed in terms of the settlement dated 19th August, 2023 along with any addendum thereto, if any. All pending applications are also disposed of. Parties and all others acting on their behalf shall be bound by the terms and conditions in the Settlement.

Parties are given liberty to approach if any further directions are required.
